FoundationRepairHQ publishes homeowner guides and offers a free request form for a foundation inspection. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you request an inspection or a callback: your first name, phone number, ZIP code, the problem you selected, and optionally your email address and the best time to call. If you answer the optional "how did you hear about us" question, we store that answer with your phone number.
- When you browse: standard analytics through Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, how far you scrolled, which buttons you clicked, approximate location and device type — plus a first-visit record kept in your browser for 30 days (which site or AI assistant referred you, and your first page). We never send your name, phone, email or ZIP to Google Analytics, Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and visits from automated browsers are not tracked.
- Server logs: our hosting and network providers (Vercel and Cloudflare) process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
How we use and share it
- Your request is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and passed to a local foundation repair partner so they can contact you about an inspection. Partners may pay us for referrals; you never pay us.
- We use analytics to see which guides help people and to fix pages that don't.
- We do not sell your information to data brokers or use it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Calls and texts
By submitting a form you agree that we and a local partner may call or text the number you provide about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell the caller to stop calling.
Your choices
- Delete or correct your request: contact us at our privacy contact address (being added to this page) and we will delete or correct it and ask the partner it was shared with to do the same.
- Analytics: you can block cookies and local storage in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on; the guides work the same without them.
- Depending on your state (for example California, Texas, Virginia or Colorado), you may have rights to access, delete or correct personal data and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Contact us at our privacy contact address (being added to this page) to use them; we won't treat you differently for doing so.
Retention and security
We keep inspection requests for as long as needed to follow up and to keep records of consent, then delete them. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Data is stored with access controls at our providers; no system is perfectly secure.
Children
The site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page and its date when our practices change.
